Under no conditions or circumstatnces are any of the registered users, un-registered users or advertisers to give ( volunteer ) any personal identifiable information to another registered user, un-registered user or advertiser through iPiSHARE or the use thereof. Only a neutral email address ( not personal or business ) hosted through any third party email host ( not iPiSHARE ) can be used to register. The information volunteered through said email address is the sole responsibility of the owner of said email address. iPiSHARE does not create or host email addresses. Any registered user, un-registered user or advertiser that uses iPiSHARE users posted email addresses outside iPiSHARE for solicitation, advertisement or in violation of iPiSHARE's Privacy Policy rights and Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement is un-authorized. As a user or advertiser with iPishare you agree to use of advertisements by registered advertisers throughout all iPiSHARE products, correspondence, communications or web site pages by iPiSHARE. iPiSHARE, is sometimes viewed of persons of all ages and respects their right to decency by law. Therefore the exact requirement of any photos displayed through iPiSHARE holds to these requirements by it's registered users or advertisers. Again this site is viewed by users of all ages. You understand and acknowledge that, even after removal, copies of user content may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or if other users have copied or stored your user content. iPiSHARE is not responsible for circumvention of any privacy policies or security measures contained on the Site. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AGREEMENT PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE. By using this site, you signify your assent to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please do not use the site. By using the iPiSHARE Site, you represent and warrant that: (a) all registration information, images or information you submit throughout the iPiSHARE Site is truthful,accurate and your sole content; (b) you will maintain the submission of such images or information; (c) you are 18 years of age or older; and (d) your use of the iPiSHARE Site or submission of images or information does not violate any applicable law or regulation; (e) you fully agree that iPiSHARE retains right to refuse any content indefinitely; (f) you understand that these terms and conditions of use apply to ( registered user, un-registered user or advertiser ) iPiSHARE reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time. SINGLES When you agree to join the singles area of iPiSHARE you agree to provide a small natural photo of yourself or professionally drawn charicature of yourself for the viewing by iPiSHARE users and general personal interest about yourself. The photo or charicature is your responsibility and must be posted or your ( single ad ) will be removed. Also any offensive photos other than a simple personal clothed body ad devoid of writing and offensive backgrounds or gestures will be removed permanently. Any violation of this requirement will result in the permanent reluctance of iPiSHARE to reinstate the offending user. The cost for diplaying a ( singles ad ) in the singles area is $10.00 per 1 year use. All ( singles ads ) will be removed after a 12 month posting length. EMAIL TO FRIENDS If you choose to use our " Email to Friends " option to tell a friend about events etc. you agree to allow forwarded email with the inclusion of advertisement. SALES/PROJECTS/SOCIALS You understand, for user sales, service or requests displayed through iPiSHARE that no user sales, service or requests are conducted through iPiSHARE and thus it is not liable in any way for any losses incurred over any sales, borrowed, traded items or services. All free sale/projects/social ads will be removed after a 3 month posting length. It is also the users responsibility to remove the ad once item or service is no longer available. ELIGIBILITY This Site is intended solely for users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Any registration by, use of or access to the Site by anyone under 18, or registering for a different user or entity, is unauthorized, unlicensed and in violation of these Terms of Use. By using the Service or the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older , and that you agree to and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. RESTRICTIONS ON USE This site is owned and operated by iPiSHARE and contains material which is derived in whole or in part from material supplied by iPiSHARE and other sources, and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute in any way any material from this site including images, information, data, code and software ("Material"). You may download Material from this site for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. Any registered user, un-registered user or advertiser that uses iPiSHARE users posted email addresses outside iPiSHARE for solicitation, advertisement or in violation of iPiSHARE's Privacy Policy rights and Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement is un-authorized. As a user or advertiser with iPishare you agree to use of advertisements by registered advertisers throughout all iPiSHARE products, correspondence, communications or web site pages by iPiSHARE. TERM This Agreement, and any posted revision to this Agreement, shall remain in full force and effect while you use the iPiSHARE Site or are a registered user. You may terminate your use at any time, for any reason, by discontinuing use. iPiSHARE may terminate your registration or use at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice or explanation, and without liability. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall iPiSHARE or its affiliates be liable to you for any damages of any kind (including, but not limited to, compensatory damages, lost profits, lost data or any form of special, incidental, indirect, consequential or punitive damages whether based on breach of contract or warranty, tort, product liability or otherwise) that result from the use of, or the inability to use, this site or the Services. You specifically acknowledge and agree that iPiSHARE is not liable for any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of any user. If you are dissatisfied with any iPiSHARE material, or with any of iPiSHARE terms and conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using iPiSHARE Sites or Services. FEES You acknowledge that iPiSHARE reserves the right to charge for any portion of the iPiSHARE Site or Services and to change its fees (if any) from time to time in its discretion. If iPiSHARE terminates your use because you have breached the Agreement, you shall not be entitled to the refund of any unused portion of fees or payments (if any). EMAIL AND OTHER INTERACTIVE AREAS This service may include email access and other interactive areas which allow feed-back to iPiSHARE and interaction between users. iPiSHARE does not control the messages, information or files delivered to emails and other postable areas. You understand that iPiSHARE has no obligation to monitor the users email use and other interactive areas. However, iPiSHARE reserves the right at all times (without needing further permission from you) to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, that it is iPiSHARE's sole discretion who and what are objectionable or in violation of these Terms and Conditions. USER DISPUTES You are solely responsible for your interactions with other iPiSHARE users. iPiSHARE reserves the right, but has no obligation, to become involved in any way with disputes or any loss and damage between you and other iPiSHARE users. LICENSE TO iPiSHARE By posting or submitting email addresses, images, uploading files, inputting data, or engaging in any other form of communication (a "Communication") through this service, you are granting iPiSHARE a royalty free, perpetual, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide license to: 1. use, copy, adapt, transmit, publicly perform or display any such images, information or data on iPiSHARE. The foregoing grant shall include the right to exploit any proprietary rights in such email addresses, submitted images, uploaded files, entered data, or any other form of communication, including but not limited to rights under copyright, trademark, servicemark, or patent laws under any relevant jurisdiction. IDEMNITY You (specifically: registered user, un-registered user or advertiser) agree to indemnify and hold iPiSHARE, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including (all) attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the iPiSHARE Site or Services in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of this Agreement and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth in this Agreement and/or any Content that you post on or through the iPiSHARE Site or Services . DISCLAIMER iPiSHARE MAY PROVIDE LINKS AND POINTERS TO INTERNET SITES MAINTAINED BY THIRD PARTIES ("THIRD PARTY SITES") AND MAY FROM TIME TO TIME PROVIDE THIRD PARTY MATERIALS ON THIS SITE. NEITHER iPiSHARE NOR ITS AFFILIATES OPERATE OR CONTROL IN ANY RESPECT ANY INFORMATION, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES ON THESE THIRD PARTY SITES.
